VisitRoom — See. Connect. Care.A DRootDx application

VisitRoom · Connected virtual care

Keep the visit and its documentation together.

VisitRoom combines a clinical waiting room, reliable video connections, consent-based live transcription, and clinician-reviewed documentation in one focused workspace.

Documentation and other clinical outputs remain subject to authorized clinician review. Transcription starts only after consent is recorded.

The workflow

From joining the room to completing the visit

VisitRoom reduces the separation between a virtual encounter and the documentation work surrounding it.

01

Prepare and admit

Staff can manage the waiting room and readiness while the clinician controls admission to the visit.

02

Connect and transcribe

Reliable browser-based video keeps the visit connected. After patient consent, live transcription supports the documentation workflow without recording the visit by default.

03

Review the record

The clinician reviews, edits, approves, or rejects scribe output before it is treated as completed documentation.

Designed for the clinical day

A VisitRoom clinicians can love using.

The best workflow is the one that fades into the background and gives attention back to the patient.

01

Keep the visit on time

The video frame itself changes green, then yellow, then red—giving clinician and patient plenty of warning without looking away from the conversation. A prominent time-up alert follows, and the clinician can extend the visit when care requires it.

02

Give every patient the right door

Each scheduled encounter receives its own patient link, emailed directly to the patient. They open the link and enter the correct waiting room without creating an account or downloading an app.

03

Open one workspace

See who is waiting, prepare the room, admit the patient, hold the visit, and reach the documentation without assembling separate tools.

04

Stay with the patient

Clear camera and microphone controls, screen sharing, transcript visibility controls, and live context reduce attention lost to clerical work.

05

Bring in the right people

Invite up to two approved guests when family, interpreters, or collaborating professionals need to join the encounter.

06

Exchange what matters

Secure patient document upload, clinician review, and in-visit file access keep visit materials beside the encounter.

07

Finish with confidence

Encounter history, consent records, transcript controls, and clinician review provide a visible path from conversation to approved documentation.
