Explainability first
Inputs, rules, recommendations, and outputs should be understandable and open to review.

Clinical software with a clear point of view
DRootDx builds HIPAA-compliant applications that help clinicians collect better information, understand complex cases, conduct connected visits, and translate diagnostic conclusions into clear treatment pathways.
The applications
Each DRootDx application addresses a distinct part of care while preserving context, review, and clinician control.
Adaptive intake, structured phenotyping, explainable clinical recommendations, and patient-ready outputs for complex cases.

Clinical tools earn trust by showing their work, fitting the workflow, and leaving consequential decisions with qualified people.
Inputs, rules, recommendations, and outputs should be understandable and open to review.
Technology can organize and assist. Clinicians decide what enters patient care.
Useful tools reduce fragmentation between intake, encounters, decisions, and communication.
Built for care
DRootDx applications are designed around specific clinical jobs. They can stand on their own or participate in a broader workflow without hiding how information becomes an action or output.
Product information on this website is not medical advice. DRootDx applications support qualified clinicians and do not independently diagnose or treat patients.
Licensing
Tell us about your organization and the application or workflow you are exploring. We will follow up with licensing, access, and implementation information.
Record lifecycle
RootQ working encounter data is kept for 30 days by default unless the clinic owner selects another supported period. RootQ is not the clinic's official medical-record archive.
When an account closes, access and integrations are revoked, active-system customer content is queued for deletion, and encrypted backup copies expire through the normal backup lifecycle. Limited billing, security, consent, deletion-proof, and legally required records may be retained without encounter content when independently necessary.
